The information about you we collect is for two reasons. Firstly to enable us to process your order and second to provide quick and convenient contact with you to ensure we give you the best service possible.
We will not email you in the future and we will not distribute or share your information with any third parties for any reason.
PAYMENT METHODS
Online payments
Forget Me Not does not handle on line payments directly. We direct you to pay pal’s secured site to manage on line payments on our behalf. Pay pal is a leading provider of secure on line payments world wide. All exchange of information between pay pal and Forget Me Not Sympathy Gifts is encrypted.
Alternative Payments
Forget me not is happy to accept other forms of payment such as cheque, money order or direct deposit into our bank account. To use these alternative methods of payment please contact us so we can discuss which payment method best suits you. Please note that gifts can not be shipped until payment has been cleared.
DELIVERY INFORMATION
We deliver Australia wide only. We do not deliver overseas.
Orders will need to be placed by 11 a.m. Western standard time so they can be despatched on that day.
We use Australia Post regular postal service for all our deliveries. Parcels that are delivered within the Perth metropolitan area please allow 2 business days, deliveries to a country location within WA allow 2 – 4 business days and deliveries interstate allow 5 – 10 business days.
There are no deliveries on weekends or public holidays.
A flat rate of $15.00 for postage, packaging and handling will be included in the cost of gifts purchased, so you know exactly what your purchase cost will be before reaching the checkout.
Please ensure that the delivery address you provide us is correct as a redelivery fee will be charged.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Please choose your gifts carefully but if for any reason the gift you have purchased is not appropriate or you are not satisfied please contact us within 14 days to arrange for its return. We will be happy to exchange or refund minus freight and shipping charges. Please note gifts must be returned in their original and unused condition.
Damaged goods
All care is taken when packing to ensure gifts are delivered undamaged, in the event gifts are received damaged please contact us as soon as possible to arrange for a replacement to be delivered. Please note damaged gifts must be returned to us before a replacement can be sent.
