Handcrafted exclusively for Forget Me Not by local artist Isabella Middleton.  Our 'Garden Memories' are made form a combination of terracotta and white clay and finished with a high quality glaze.  Measuring approximately H 30cm x W 19cm and carrying the touching sentiment 'Dogs leave paw prints on our hearts forever' making this garden plaque a lasting tribute to a loyal and faithful friend, can be placed in a garden bed or pot plant.  (Each plaque is individually handmade so will vary from product image).
